Grief Counseling

Grief is a natural responses to the death of a loved one or significant life changes. Therapy provides a supportive environment for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and reactions to these experiences. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based techniques, I can help clients navigate the grieving process, develop coping strategies, and find ways to engage with their changed reality. Our goal is to provide a space to navigate your shifting experiences through grief without judgement or expectations.

OCD Treatment

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) causes a person to experience unwanted, repetitive thoughts (obsessions) and feel compelled to perform certain actions repeatedly (compulsions) to ease their anxiety. It's important to know that if you're struggling with OCD, you're not alone—many people face this challenge, and help is available. I utilize multiple forms of CBT including ERP and I-CBT in order to help individuals learn that their anxiety will naturally decrease over time without performing the compulsions, breaking the exhausting cycle of obsessions and compulsions.

Anxiety Treatment

Racing thoughts, shaking hands, difficulty sleeping, people pleasing behavior, difficulty setting boundaries...anxiety looks different for everyone. Therapy can help identify the physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety and teach you how to challenge negative thought patterns, regulate emotions, and regain a sense of control over your life.

Life Transitions

Moving, changing careers, starting or ending relationships, or adjusting to a new phase of life can all cause immense stress, uncertainty, and difficult emotions. Therapy can help you gain insight into  values, strengths, and goals, develop adaptive coping skills, and explore ways to navigate transitions with greater resilience and confidence. Therapy offers a non-judgmental space for self-reflection, problem-solving, and personal growth, facilitating a smoother transition and a more fulfilling life.
