WHY THERAPY?

Therapy doesn't "fix" you because you are not broken. Instead, therapy helps you navigate your emotions and develop the resources to handle the ups and downs of life. While therapy often takes time, people often begin to experience changes and relief after a few sessions. Like most things in life, small realistic steps are the best path towards lasting change.
