I am a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy to adolescents and adults in Longmont, CO.
Growing up, my grandpa was my hero. He was a larger than life individual who seemed to be able to see past everyone's facade and into the core of who they were. For him, the highest compliment was to be "real."
In both my personal and professional life I have focused on finding and encompassing my own "realness." In my practice this means being my authentic self, providing an open and nonjudgmental space, and allowing for human connection in order to promote change and healing.
I graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and went on to receive my masters degree in Social Work from Colorado State University. I am now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in hospice as well as community mental health.
