I believe that the therapist client relationship is the most important thing when beginning your path to healing.

I offer free 20 minute consultations to explore how therapy can help, answer questions, and see if I am the right fit for you.

Please contact me to discuss current rates and accepted insurances.

Out of network - I am able to provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Please let me know if you have to cancel a session. I do charge the full fee for cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the Federal No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 – effective January 1, 2022), you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Note: A Good Faith Estimate is for your awareness only. It does not involve you needing to make any type of commitment to the length or frequency of therapy sessions. More information on the Good Faith Estimate can be found here: Good Faith Estimate.
